Adult Education Classes

Computer Basics – learn a general understanding of the computer for home users (12 hours) Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11 a.m. or 7-9 p.m. starting November 21st.  Cost is $50 and includes training manual.

Intro to Scanning – learn the basics of scanning and digital cameras (6 hours) January 9th and 11th from 6-9 p.m.  Cost is $25.

Microsoft Excel 2000 – a comprehensive course on using Excel spreadsheet (15 hours).  Meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-5 p.m. starting January 8th.  Cost is $75 and includes book with training CD.

Internet Basics – Learn how to browse and surf the net using both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer (6 hours).  Class time is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, January 13th or 20th.  Cost is $25.

Microsoft Word 2000 – a comprehensive course in word processing (15 hours).  Class time is from 6-9 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays starting Jan. 16th.  Cost is $75 and includes book with training CD.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 – a comprehensive course for creating digital presentations (15 hours).  Class is 6-9 p.m. Monday’s and Wednesdays starting Jan. 17th.  Cost is $75 and includes book with training CD. 

Master Internet Volunteer – a comprehensive course on Internet, e-mail and web page design offered by NDSU Extension (30 hours).  Class time is 6-9 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays starting January 3rd.
